Day 1.

Arrival in Arusha

Distance: 50 Km

Driving Time: 1 Hour

On arrival at Kilimanjaro international airport meet our representative & transfer to Gran Melia or Mount Meru Hotel in Arusha. Later our safari manager will come for detailed safari briefing before leaving you to enjoy the great weather of Arusha City.

Day 2.

Fly From Arusha Airport (ARK) to Serengeti National Park

After breakfast at your lodge transfer to Arusha airport for your flight to Serengeti National Park. On arrival at Serengeti airstrip meet you safari driver Guide & transfer to Kubu Kubu Tented Lodge in central Serengeti for early lunch. Then afternoon game drive searching for Great wildebeest Migration & the big cats, Serengeti masai Mara is probably the oddest ecosystem on the earth hosting the world phenomenon Serengeti Wildebeest Migration thundering across the plains of Serengeti & Masai Mara Game Reserve in Kenya.

You will have short game drive along Seronera River the richest wildlife spot at the middle of Serengeti & the main water source in the park which attracts a big number of wildlife representing this ecosystem.  You can see some predator’s adrenaline actions as this is their main hunting spot. Late afternoon drive to Kubukubu Tented Lodge in Central Serengeti for dinner, campfire & overnight.

Day 3 & 4.

2 Full Day Game Drive in Serengeti National Park

First day is an early morning game drive in the vast Serengeti plains starting at 06:30 am with breakfast box. Early morning game drive can allow you to see cat family on the road as the try to avoid morning mist. Depending on traveling dates you will follow the Wildebeest Migration herds & spend much time with them where you may expect to witness some animal actions like hunting, fighting, eating and even killing. If not carrying packed lunch then you will drive to the lodge for hot lunch & some rest before embarking to your sunset game drive. You may expect to sport herd of buffalo, giraffe, elephant, wildebeest, zebra, hippos, warthog and many more,  Late afternoon drive back to your lodge for dinner, campfire & overnight.

Day 5.

Serengeti to Ngorongoro Crater

After breakfast at your lodge depart for Ngorongoro Crater & descent over 600 meters high walls into the Crater floor for wonderful game drive with possibility of spot the rare black rhino.

Ngorongoro Crater is referred by many as one of the world nature wonders. Supported by yearly water supply and fodder, the crater supports a larger number of animals which includes herds of wildebeest, African elephants, eland, zebra, hippos, warthog, buffalo and many antelopes. The rare black rhino & the big 5 can be spotted in this area in the course of one day of game drive. (Packed lunch will be served at the crater floor).

Another big surprise in this picturesque crater is the denser population of predators which includes lion, cheetah, hyena, jackal and the mysterious leopard that need binoculars eyes to spot. You will visit Lake Magadi a shallow alkaline Lake located in the Southwest corner frequently visited by hippos, flamingos & other aquatic birds. Later drive out of the crater & to Lion’s Paws Camp for dinner, campfire & overnight.

Day 6.

Ngorongoro to Tarangire National Park – Arusha

On this day after breakfast leave for Tarangire National Park for game drive, brief stop at the edge of the Great East African Rift Valley for some great views of Lake Manyara & its forest. After drive to the elephant playground Tarangire National Park.

Tarangire is the fifth largest National park in Tanzania well known for its beautiful landscape, Tarangire River, larger elephant population and the majestic baobab trees dwarfing some animal species which comes underneath it are the highlights of this park. Tarangire – Lake Manyara ecosystem forms a cycle of annual migration of over 3000 elephant, wildebeest & zebras. Apart from elephant population you may expect to spot herds of giraffe, buffalo, zebra, warthog, wildebeest, hippos & the three rare species of Lesser & Greater Kudu, Oryx and the Ash staling. Late afternoon drive back to Arusha & overnight at Arusha Coffee Lodge.

Day 7.

Arusha – Arusha Airport or to Kilimanjaro Airport (JRO)

Morning at leisure then breakfast & depending on your flight time you have options of visiting Shanga project for disable people (free of Charge) or a coffee tour ($30 per person), then we transfer you to Arusha airport (Ark) to catch your flight to Zanzibar or transfer to Kilimanjaro international airport to catch your flight back home.
